I didnt realise how much I would use the Kohe Y-Type Serrated Double Edged Swivel Blade Peeler until I had one. The two-sided serrated blade is handy when peeling different vegetables, and the swivel design helps it move smoothly over curved surfaces. It feels light and easy to control in my hand.
