Ive been quite pleased with the Kohe Steak Knife Stainless Steel. It feels well made and gives me good control when cutting meat at the table. The stainless steel finish is practical and easy to keep clean, which is something I value. It has quickly become one of the knives I like using during meals in Kitwe.
