Ive been getting quite a lot of use out of the Kohe Premium Stainless Steel Chef Kitchen Knife. The blade feels solid, and it handles vegetables, fruits and other ingredients comfortably. Its easy to hold and doesnt feel awkward when Im preparing meals.
