Having a smaller knife around has been more useful than I expected, and the Kohe Paring Kitchen Knife does the job nicely. I like the control it gives me when peeling fruits, trimming vegetables or making smaller slices. Its easy to handle without feeling bulky in my hand. Im glad to have this one among my everyday kitchen tools.
